1 All contributions have to be up to date before claiming a lottery win.
2 All members are eligible to join the lottery.
3 All proceeds from the lottery are re-invested into the maintenance and upkeep of the Club.
4 Cessation of membership of the club will mean automatic cancellation of the lottery.
5 Cheques are valid for 6 months from date of issue/ draw; any unclaimed funds will be re-invested
6 ID is required when picking up lottery win – Membership card/LR ID card
7 Members may purchase more stakes in increments of 5 stakes for £1.
8 The minimum contribution will be £1 for 5 stakes per week, payable by either contribution from wages or direct debit.
9 The committee will review the weekly pay-out from time to time and notifications of the pay-out will be displayed on Social Club notice board as required and Results are also shown on the website address www.landroversc.co.uk
10 The lottery will be drawn on a weekly basis as directed by the committee.
11 The member is responsible to notify the club of any personnel changes, i.e. clock number, name, department and address.
12 The committee reserve the right to amend these rules.
